Now What?

“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.” –John 11:25

He didn’t rise just to prove a point.

He rose to change everything.

The resurrection is not just a moment we celebrate.

It’s an invitation we step into.

Because if the stone didn’t win, then neither does the thing you thought would take you out.

If death didn’t have the final word, then neither does your past.

If the grave couldn’t hold Him, then the weight you’ve been carrying doesn’t get to hold you either.

This is where the story turns.

Not just for Him.

For you.

Because resurrection is not just something that happened.

It’s something that still happens.

Dead places come back to life.

Hope is restored.

Identity is rebuilt.

Freedom is given.

Not because we earned it.

But because He finished it.

And the same power that rolled the stone away:

Is still moving.

Still restoring.

Still redeeming.

Still calling people out of what tried to bury them.

Including you.

So now the question isn’t just… Did He rise?

It’s…What are you going to do with it?

God,

Thank You that the resurrection wasn’t just a moment in history, but a truth that still changes lives today.

Help me not just believe it, but live in it.

Teach me to walk in the freedom, hope, and new life You’ve made available to me.

And remind me that what You’ve brought back to life in me, no one can bury again.

Amen.
